Eric Anthony has spent the last 20 years developing a home fitness methodolgy. The system is based on old school equipment developed in the 1920’s. By reviving these methods Eric has uncovered a time saving and space efficient way to build life long strength at home. He believes training should have the following three qualities:
SAFE Training with freeweights requires technical isntruction to ensure safety, but remains possible for all age groups.
AGGRESSIVE Training should be approached with a bit of a chip on your shoulder. You have to want to improve and show the doubters they were wrong.
REPEATABLE You should not be too sore to repeat the process. The training should be time and space efficient to create consistency.
